Most wildlife photographers can already take a technically good photograph — sharp subject, good light, clean background. But there's a difference between documenting an animal and creating a photograph that makes somebody stop and look.
In this talk, Charlie shares his own images and the simple shift in thinking behind them: photographs that ask questions rather than answer them. It's not about camera settings — it's about composition, perspective, light, framing, movement and behaviour, and how to find a more interesting picture in the situations you already find yourself in.
It's suitable for photographers of all levels and is designed to be entertaining, practical and inspiring.

Charlie Page is an award-winning wildlife photographer and the overall winner of British Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2023. He has led more than 50 wildlife photography workshops in Costa Rica and now runs workshops in the Galápagos too, teaching photographers of all levels one-to-one in the field.
